2002 F150 Rear Door Wont Open

Fortunately i did not have to replace the cables and opted to u. This eventually happens to all of them because the cable has plastic ends to pivot against. I have a rear door that wont open on an f150 already i have a rear door that wont open on an f150 already removed the panels and found that the cable is broken at the top assembley not the main accuator. Rear door wont open.
